No Bake Vegan Chocolate Tahini Fudge

Believe or not but you can make this dessert with only 3 ingredients and almost no effort at all! The base of this recipe is tahini, chocolate spread and maple syrup. Just mix them together and pour the mixture into moulds. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour. This no-bake treat is not only easy to make, but it's also vegan, gluten free and also refined sugar free! Yay! This guilt free creamy chocolate tahini fudge might be your next favourite! 😊

  

YOU’LL NEED

This simple recipe calls for only 3 ingredients:

*Chocolate spread: if you wish use chocolate instead, you’ll need to melt it before mixing with the other two ingredients.

*Tahini: not a fan of tahini? You can replace it with any nut-butter, such as cashew, almond or peanut butter. Just make sure the consistency of the nut butter you use is runny.

*Maple syrup: is great for this recipe for sweetness, but you can substitute it with agave nectar or honey if you’re not vegan.

 

TIPS

*Sprinkle top with flaked sea salt, shredded chocolate or coconut if desired.

*Once out of the freezer, this fudge will melt very fast, so it’s best to enjoy it right away.

*Fudge can be kept in the freezer for up to 1 month. Best to store it in an airtight box.

NO BAKE VEGAN CHOCOLATE TAHINI FUDGE

(vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free)

 

Prep + Freezing time: 60 minutes

Total time: 60 minutes

Yields: 2 desserts

 

Ingredients

*2 tbsp vegan chocolate spread

*6 tbsp tahini

*2 tbsp maple syrup

 

Method

1. In a small bowl mix together all ingredients until blended.

2. Pour into (heart shaped) silicone moulds or ramekins.

3. Place them in the freezer until the fudge has set, for about an hour. Take out 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

*To Store: store in an air-tight container in the freezer and take out 10 minutes before serving.

It keeps for one month in the freezer.
