YOU’LL NEED
Here's what you need to make this recipe:
Chia seeds: you can try either black or white. Feel free to use whichever you prefer or available in your local shop.
Bananas: use ripe bananas for sweetness.
Milk: I used dairy free milk, but any milk is fine here.
Clementines:
clementines, tangerines or satsumas are all fine for this recipe.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Fridge: 2 hours or overnight
Total time: 2 hours and 5 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients
*1 cup DF milk
*3 tbsp chia seeds
*1 banana
*2 clementines
Method
1. In a medium bowl, gently stir together the chia seeds and milk. Cover and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
2. Take chia pudding out of the fridge, give it a very good mix, breaking apart any clumps (it will become a pudding texture).
3. Blend banana with clementines until smooth. Add it to the chia pudding.

* To Store: This chia pudding can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
* To Freeze: you can store chia pudding for up to 2 months. To defrost: let it thaw overnight in the fridge.
