This cookie dough is completely safe to eat raw, as it doesn’t contain raw all-purpose flour, nor raw eggs, it is made with ground almond. Ground almond or almond flour is made with blanched almonds, which are safe to eat raw.
TIPS
*feel free to swap sweetener with maple syrup or honey (might need to ad a bit more ground almond)
*for a nicer look, this dough can be rolled into little balls

1. In a mixing bowl mix ground almonds and sweetener together than add vanilla extract and butter.
2. Spoon into serving bowls. Serve immediately or refrigerate or freeze.
