The Waldorf salad is a real treat. This salad is crunchy and sweet at the same time, with crisp apples and crunchy celery and nuts, and the grapes provide lovely sweetness. Just a little chopping, then mix everything together and it’s ready! Yay! This recipe is a vegan version of the classic Waldorf salad, as I used a vegan dressing. Perfect for any time of the year.  😊

This delicious and super nutritious salad can be customized easily by adding a few other ingredients. Enjoy it on weekdays for dinner/lunch or as addition to a main meal. 😊
