(To roast butternut squash: preheat oven to 190C/375F/Gas mark 5, cube the whole squash and drizzle with olive oil. Spread out on a baking sheet and roast until the squash is tender, for about and 30 minutes.
*You can add fresh turmeric to this smoothie, peel it first then grate prior blending.
*Add some milk and you can enjoy a smoothie drink.
