YOU’LL NEED
This recipe calls for simple, cupboard ingredients, including:
Apples: you can use any apple you want here: for example, Pink Lady, Granny Smith or Gala.
Flour: I used gluten free, but all-purpose flour is fine too if you’re not on gluten free diet.
Milk: I used oat milk, but any milk works fine.
Egg: I used a flax egg here.
Cinnamon: use ground cinnamon, or you can add just mixed spice.
Oil: I used olive oil here-what I really like using-but you can use any oil you like.
