A delicious and tasty smoothie anyone? For the base of this smoothie bowl, you will need only a few ingredients, raspberry, physalis, avocado and yogurt. Then just let your blender do the rest. For the toppings there are plenty of options, such as fresh berries or shredded coconut. Smoothies can form part of a varied and balanced diet, so it’s a good idea to get into the routine of making your healthy smoothie for breakfast or at any time of the day. 😊



YOU’LL NEED

This simple smoothie recipe calls for four ingredients:

*raspberry

*physalis

*avocado

*yogurt


TOPPING IDEAS

You can customize your bowl and add your favourite toppings, for example:

Ingredients

*1 cup raspberry

*½ cup physalis

*1 avocado

*1 cup yogurt

 

Optional toppings

*raspberries

*dried apricot

 

Method

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Pour into a bowl and top with your desired toppings.

3. Serve immediately. Enjoy! 😊
