Ingredients
*a handful of mixed lamb lettuce
*1 tbsp shredded beetroot
*a few slices of orange
*a few slices of blood orange
*2 tbsp green and black olives
*1 tbsp walnut
* ½ shallot
Optional dressing
*¼ cup Dijon mustard
*2 tbsp maple syrup
*½ tsp finely chopped garlic
*salt & pepper
Method
1. Rinse the lettuce, peel and slice oranges and finely chop walnut.
