YOU'LL NEED
This simple smoothie recipe calls for the following ingredients:
Carrot: any type of carrot is fine here (for example baby carrot or rainbow mix).
Water: instead of water you can use coconut water, almond milk or other milk.
Spinach: I used fresh spinach but frozen works too!
Ginger: use fresh ginger for best results.

The smoothie recipe is delicious by itself, but feel free to be creative and add:
*Add ½ avocado for extra creaminess and healthy fats.
*Add protein and fibre with 1 scoop of protein powder.
*Add a few dates for natural sweetness.
*Add some chia or hemp seeds for antioxidants.
*Add peanut/almond butter for protein boost.
