APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
* ⅓ cup gluten free oats, blended
* 1 ripe banana
* 1 apple
* 1 cup plant milk
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp mixed spice
* 2 walnuts
Method
1. Wash and chop apple into chunks, slice banana and blend with ⅓ rd of the milk.
2. Add cinnamon, oats, mixed spice, cinnamon and the rest of the milk. Blend again until smooth.
Enjoy! 😊
Notes
* To Store: keep in the fridge covered for 1-2 days.
* To Freeze: freeze it up to 2 months.
