FRENCH TOAST with CARAMELISED BANANA
Preparation: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Total time: 7 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
* 4 slices of GF/DF bread
* 1 large egg
* 300 ml DF milk
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 banana, sliced
* coconut oil for frying
Optional toppings:
walnuts or your favourite toppings
Method
1. Whisk egg, add milk and cinnamon.
2. Coat bread slices.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, cook both sides of the bread until golden.
4. Fry the sliced banana until golden.
5. Scatter your French toast with whole and chopped walnut pieces.
Enjoy 🤗😋
Notes
* Best fresh.
*To Store: French Toast can be stored in a covered container in the fridge for few days.
