Spinach, Avocado and Banana Smoothie Bowl
(raw, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free)

Ingredients
* 1 frozen banana
* ½ cup of spinach (frozen or fresh)
* ½ avocado
* ¼ cup coconut water
* 1 tsp omega 3 super powder
Optional toppings:
shredded coconuts, mixed chopped nuts, pomegranate seeds
Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
2. Pour in a bowl and sprinkle over your favourite toppings.

*To Store: keep this smoothie bowl covered in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
