BERRY COMPOTE

Ingredients
* 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
* 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tbsp agave syrup
* ½ cup water
Method
1. Place the fruit, water, cinnamon and agave syrup in a small saucepan and bring to boil.
2. Turn heat down and simmer on medium heat until soft and the fruit starts lose its shape, then remove from the heat and let it cool.
3. Perfect for toast, waffles, porridge, yogurt, and more.
