Ingredients
*2 ripe bananas
*100 g vegan chocolate
*2 tsp vanilla extract
*⅓ cup maple syrup
Toppings
*shredded vegan chocolate
*cocoa powder
Method
1. Cut the chocolate into chunks. Melt the chunks in the microwave until they have melted completely. Let it cool.
2. Add the banana slices, avocado flesh, vanilla extract and maple syrup to the blender/food processor and blend until creamy and smooth.
3. Fold it together with the melted chocolate until combined.
4. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses. Decorate with chocolate pieces, shredded chocolate or cocoa powder.
