This simple recipe calls for only a few ingredients:

HOMEMADE DARK CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT BARK
(vegan, gluten and refined sugar free)
Preparation+Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
*⅓ cup hazelnut
*1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Chop the hazelnut into smaller pieces if required.
2. In a medium pot bring 50ml water to simmer. Place a heatproof bowl over the top (making sure the water is not touching the bottom of the bowl). Add the chocolate pieces into the bowl and stir regularly until completely melted.
3. Take it off form the heat and mix in the vanilla extract and hazelnut pieces. Spoon the melted chocolate on a baking paper-lined baking tray. Smooth over with a spoon or spatula until equally spread.
4. Place in the fridge for at least 10 minutes or until solid. Remove baking paper, with your hands break the bark into desirable pieces or cut with a knife.
