CHOCOLATE DIPPED CLEMENTINES with NUTS
(gluten free, vegan and refined sugar free)
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
*4 clementines, peeled and segmented
*½ cup dairy free chocolate, finely chopped
*⅓ cup nuts, finely chopped
Method
1. Line a baking sheet/parchment paper and set aside.
2. Peel clementines, remove any excess white peel and separate into segments. Finely chop nuts.
3. In a microwave, melt chocolate for 1-2 minutes, until completely melted and smooth (about 1 and a half minutes).
4. Dip half of each clementine into the melted chocolate, place on baking sheet. Before chocolate begins to harden, sprinkle each piece with a little finely chopped nuts.
5.Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until the chocolate is set and serve.

Notes
*To Store: you can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Store in an air-tight container and take out 10 minutes before serving.
*To Freeze: freeze in a plastic bag or container for up to 3 months.
