PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE

Serves: 1 glass/mug
Ingredients
*⅓ cup pumpkin puree
* ¾ cup dairy free milk
*½ cup strongly brewed coffee (cold)
*½ teaspoon mixed spice
*optional: vegan whipped cream, shredded dairy free chocolate
Method
1. Add milk, pumpkin puree and mixed spice in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Stir and heat until just bubbling, then add coffee.
3. Take the saucepan off the heat and pour into your mug/glass.
4. Decorate with vegan whipped cream and sprinkles of cinnamon.
5. Sip and enjoy! 😊
Notes
*Best fresh.
*To Store: You can store this drink in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
*To Freeze: it’s not freezer friendly.
