Total time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1 glass
Ingredients
* 4 tbsp instant coffee
* 4 tbsp hot water
* 4 tbsp sugar
* 1 cup dairy free milk for serving
Optional topping:
shredded chocolate
Method
1. Add coffee, hot water and sugar into a bowl and whisk until it reaches a creamy and stiff peak status. Use an electronic mixer and whisk for about 4-5 minutes. For a little exercise you can try to whisk it manually, it’s hard work and takes longer, but it still works.
2. Pour milk (hot or cold) into a glass.
3. Dollop your creamy coffee mixture on top of the milk. Stir the cream into your milk to avoid foam moustache! 😊
4. Sip and enjoy! 😊 Take a pic and send it to me! 😊
Notes
* Best fresh.
*To Store: You can store it the fridge for up to 2 days then it starts to get watery. The sweetener version doesn’t hold shape for long, it dissolves into liquid very quickly.
