BANANA-CHOCOLATE PUDDING
(vegan, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free)

Ingredients
*50 g vegan dark chocolate
*β cup vegan double cream
*1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
*shredded vegan dark chocolate
*vegan double cream
Method
1. Add the banana slices to the blender and blend it until creamy and smooth.
2. Cut the chocolate into chunks. Melt the chunks in a small saucepan or in microwave until it has melted completely. Let it cool.
3. With a hand mixer beat the double cream until you reach a thick consistency.
4. Add the melted chocolate, blended banana, vanilla extract and the double cream (you can leave some for decoration) and fold it together just until combined.
5. Spoon into serving glass.
Enjoy!
Notes
* Best fresh.
*To Store: you can keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days.
